United Dutch Breweries History

Trading beer since 1538

UDB was founded in 1968  when both export departments of the ‘Oranjeboom Brouwerij’ from Rotterdam and the ‘3 Hoefijzers Brouwerij’ from Breda merged under Allied Breweries’ ownership. The roots of Breda Beer date back to 1538 when the our initial brewery started to brew its beer. After decades of expanding business into a global scale, acquisitions and consolidation, we are still here selling our beers. Relatively little has changed for that reason: UDB still offers a flexible supply chain of tailor-made beer solutions combined with excellent service plus the benefits from economy of scale of its business. Today we ship over 1 million hectoliters of beer to our customers.

United Dutch Breweries represents a vast range of famous heritage brand from the Netherlands such as Oranjeboom, 3 Hoefijzers Beer, 3 Horses, Atlas, Royal Dutch Post Horn, Breda Beer and many more. Apart from that we supply private label brands on demand.
